How can I pay for my order?
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation with payment options.
We accept:
- Bank transfer (update notice: Bulk order only)
- PayPal (update notice: Deactivated)
- Card payment (update notice: Deactivated)
- Bitcoin and Crypto (Recommended )
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours from receipt of funds.
We recommend strongly that you pay with crypto because these items are sensitive and not friendly with some payment channels.
We do not confirm receipt of payment but once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm shipment and your tracking details.

What should I do after making the payment?
After making a crypto payment, you should wait a few minutes/hours. The order status will automatically update into processing. If not please contact us by mail our support will help soon. No worries, just make sure you send the correct crypto address we give.

Do you offer refunds?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they know which peptide is the most appropriate for their research purposes. For obvious reasons, we could never resell a product that had been returned to us. We can only replace it if it is clear that it has suffered damage in transit.

How do you send orders?
We send all orders with only your name and address on the package (without the tel number listed there. Please leave a note on the order if you want to put your tel number on the package). The order itself is wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it won’t be damaged in transit. In this way, we ensure full security and complete discretion.

Where are orders sent from?
We send our orders according to your order shipping address, from nearby Europe and the USA warehouses. If your items are out of stock at the warehouses, we send them from Supotropin Lab directly.

Yes, we are considering your privacy at all times so parcels are sent with no indications of their contents inside.

We choose the secure shipping air channel, with a flat rate: US $9.9

How long will it be before my order arrives?
We send off orders as soon as payment is confirmed but usually within 2-3 days of your order reaching us. Orders placed at the weekends won’t be sent until the following Monday.
The tracking number will be sent to you by the order note. Please check out your email then.

Yes, we ship orders globally, and most parcels are to the US, UK, and European Countries.

What will happen if my order is kept by customs?
Before ordering, you should make sure you have a full understanding of the laws where you reside. It is highly unlikely that your order will be seized by customs officers. However, if it were to occur, we would work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.
